Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be happy with every purchase, so please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

We do not accept returns for items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards, if applicable

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the product
  • A short description of the issue

After we verify the issue, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, we will process it within 5–7 business days using your original payment method whenever possible.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will send the refund through a mutually agreed payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Wrong size received, subject to stock availability
  • Wrong color received
  • Defective or damaged products
  • Incorrect items shipped

If the replacement item is not available, you may choose a refund or store credit.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, such as a wrong, damaged, or defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to a change of mind or any reason not caused by us, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
